As much as I love so many Eisley songs, the bridge of Save My Soul my be my favorite part of any Eisley song period. The video for that one is a more raw performance in comparison, but goodness gracious great balls of fire... they nail the Bridge. http://youtu.be/08qu9fY4_Ss?t=2m27s Congratulation Max Bemis, for getting my vote to cowrite an entire Ep or Lp with Eisley. I want a entire album of material built around what makes that bridge so incredibly engrossing and beautiful: 3 distinct voices in harmony An emotional tone that is at once peaceful, and yet mournful A lovely balance between the vocal melodies and instrumentation _________________ yup, that's my name. did he write the bridge or chorus to Deep Space? Is there a Bridge? I guess the outro counts as a bridge? If so that's a really cool, swagged out part too. _________________ yup, that's my name. http://youtu.be/08qu9fY4_Ss?t=2m27s I can't say it's my absolute favorite part...but comes damn close in that video. Soooo gorgeous. Actually, my favorite moment is a similar harmonizing bridge section from ODISFA. Their bridges usually have Golden Gate grandeur. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_clSckaVdT0&feature=player_detailpage&t =163 _________________ http://www.twitter.com/drstrangeblog http://www.last.fm/user/getinline I can't find the time to write my mind the way I want it to read. |
