Very Happy

Definitely a different experience live. Need i say that Eisley songs ending with Chauntelle's guitar tone blazing away is my favorite kind of Epic?

Is it just me.. or is this the first time Weston and Garron are actually serious during an interview? Shocked They also said more then the girls.. Garron seems very eloquent.

he is. I got a chance to talk to him at length last summer at the St. louis show, and he's just a really thoughtful and mellow fellow.

It's sensible that a Bose interview, which i'm assuming is sort of an endorsement/ promo in a way, would be the one they'd get to talk about production values and "sound". Given the role they (weston and garron) had in the production, that makes sense. They, along with Mark, should form a production team, there's money to be made with that.

If they do something like this with Mesa amps (they endorse them right?) i would love to hear Chauntelle, Sherri, and Todd talk guitar sounds and tone. sherri's rhythm work is fun to listen to, but sometimes it seems she doesn't get the same treatment as far as mixingg, amplification and tone, and it could add so much if they really went for it all out with her guitar parts.

Reminded me of the one Sucré did a while back: http://onenation.livenation.com/shows/live-from-live-nation-labs/episo des/sucre-beyond-a-blond-bjork

Never knew that Sucre' vid existed, or that whole livenation series for that matter. Shame the biggest concert promoters in the world fail at promoting their own content.

And that title... left handed compliments arre still compliments, when they aren't punctuated by question marks, I guess?

This is awesome. I'm not really a fan of live stuff; well, not that I'm not a fan of live music; I love the experience, but I tend to avoid it because I usually end up feeling disappointed. But, I have to say this was just great, really great. Great sound, arragement, and Sherri's voice sounds awesome (adding that I don't normally like Sherri's voice live. Not that she isn't a good singer; she's just not my kind of live favorites. Same thing happens with Chris Martin and Coldplay is my favorite band.)

*sigh* I'm just whining here. Ignore if you must.

The acoustic sets are nice and really show off their vocals...but you can't beat their amped up sound with Weston & Garron pounding away. A full-length DVD is very necessary at this point.

Gotta love Weston for throwing a bucket of water on the interview and bursting the hip bubble. His irony knows no ends. Laughing

I was at the same SDRE show. Boyd's head is in one of my photos. That was my first 'real' concert.

I remember seeing this video and just loving Stacy's eye makeup.

Yeah, that's the first detail I noticed, totally focused on the music as usual
