dance! party!...plus corruption! dance! party! plus destruction! (?)

Steve from Hot Hot Heat wrote the song or part of it. That's all I know
folks. bd
Yeah Boyd, I totally remember when you told us about this in one of your journals and I was flipping out. I was expecting good, but this song is AWESOME.

I'm still wicked jealous they got to be on a Head Automatica track. But I don't think they could've found better girls for the backup, they fit so well.

yeah, but don't expect to see their names in the credit line. I think that all
has to do with management/label stuff... anyway; it's annonymous. At
least that's what I understand. They won't be credited. Probably an effort
to keep brands and identities separated. whatever. Fine with me.

have any of you guys heard the original dance party plus from the rough tracks that leaked a few months ago? it's prior to the recording of the eisley vocals, and from the first chorus on, the song's totally different, even though tim's vocal part is the same recording...see, pro tools isn't all evil! it's interesting to see how the song changed alot.

Hm, well that's not fair... I guess it's better than if Head Automatica themselves said "Eu, well, we're gonna be total buttmunches and not give credit" Which is not what you explained to happen, but I still think credit is deserved for that... the song wouldn't be as rokken without the girls. By the way, I had my friend listen to it today, he said it was cool.

ok. BUT, the version we have....has Steve of HHH singing the first verse.
That's why I thought it was he. Did somebody say they had a rough of
the song? Is Eisley on the rough?

i read this thread, and quickly d/led the song. and, at the time, i needed a song to choreograph a dance to (i live in ky, and theres this governor's school for the arts that they do, and i got accepted in the dance category). so, of course, i fell in love with this song and i made up my dance to it. its pretty cool, if i do say so myself...perhaps if i tape it sometime, i can put it up on here.

anywho, thats all i had to say.

i can't get this song out of my head...but i laugh at the part where it say's,
"dance, party, plus destruction", etc. That's so silly to me... I mean, if it's
mean in humor, I get it, but..."dance, party, plus corruption!". Laughing

nobody will know those eisley girls are singing except you guys. (maybe
that's good)...ha ha...

I'm just bumping this thread cuz I was going to make another topic but I searched and found the original.

I just downloaded this song yesterday (didn't realize how old it is till just now!) Maybe most know about it already but if not, it's an interesting/cool track. I also liked "Disco Hades II" and "Beating Heart Baby."

Yeah that "Dance! Party! Plus Destruction! Dance! Party! Plus corruption!" etc. part is interesting. Nothing like mixing partying with disillusionment. Wink

Would anyone be willing to post an mp3 for it? The old link doesn't work anymore and I want to download it.
