The song "Smarter" that they played last night was great! I was blown away! I can't wait to hear it recorded and polished ![]() The other 'new' song, (which, on the set list is written down as "Be Kind"(?)) that was played was incredibly beautiful ![]() ![]() My only complaint was that the crowd seemed... dead(?) The large majority only knew Invasion, Marvelous Things, Telescope Eyes and Trolleywood :/ Many new Eisley fans to come, that's for sure! ![]() |

I'm fairly certain that this Youtube video is from last nights show. I skipped past the blog part at the beginning to the actual show and did not hear any of the new tunes. Sounds like they played a lot of songs... (including Tree Tops!) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DdXwY4XME44 Edit: snipit of new song at 1:37. _________________ Jamie (the female version) |

helllo everyone! I have HQ video of nearly the whole show. for some of the old songs, i only recorded part cause i was saving my battery for the new ones. that being said, wow!!! "Be Kind" and "Smarter" are incredible ![]() I love how the 2 they chose to play were sort of opposite from eachother. Also, I noticed that there is an extreme lack in "Ten Cent Blues" on Youtube worth playing, so I made sure to get the whole thing. Same with "Like the Actors" hurrah! They played oldies like Mr. Pine and Tree Tops, and of course Telescope Eyes. And Catey, they looked lovely! Stacy and Sherri were wearing dresses. I know that was a joke, but, hey it can't hurt to know! I won't be home till Sat, but let me know if y'all want them on youtube, 'cause i may just upload them to my blog so you can d/l them?? opinions? |

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DdXwY4XME44 Edit: snipit of new song at 1:37. THE RHODES LIVES!!!!! ![]() ![]() ![]() We haven't seen the beast in 3 years. I hope these new songs will be filled with some sweet Rhodes sounds, and Stacy will tour with it again! Haha, I'm just a Rhodes junkie. It's interesting she played Marvelous Things on the Yamaha and I Could Be There for You on the Rhodes. _________________ |
