Is farting in the table socially acceptable?
I´m not aiming at the food, so what´s the big deal??

hey...if it doesn't smell...who are you hurting? there's more space out than in...and EVERYONE does it. so it's fine if it doesn't smell..and more oft than not you KNOW when it's gonna smell. and if you just can't hold it...well...WARN EVERYONE AROUND YOU!!

Smell comes from particles that set off your olfactory senses, which send signals to your brain as to what something smells like. That means when you smell a fart, it's actually little bum particles in your nose. This is gross. Which leads me to believe that even non-smelling farts have particles that our brain doesn't recognize, or just don't react with the olfactories.

This is unnacceptable.

I notice you said farting IN the table... I could fart AT the table, but IN the table? Well, if I find a way to get in the table I'm sure I wouldn't have any problems farting.

Personally, I think it's ok to fart AT or IN the table. I mean, I contend that there is a chance that one day I'll rip a fart that smells good. Who's to say they will always stink? Yes, one day I'll pass one that smells like Clean Cotton, or perhaps Honeysuckle. I'll never get to do this if I hold them all in, so I might as well let 'em go.

It's one of those plastic Lifetime tables. They're hollow.
