Embarassed I usually never ask stuff like this.
I am thinking of dying my hair this weekend and I wanted to ask what color you think I should do. I've gone red/auburn and darker brown in the past.
This is how it looks now.

Thanks!

Red/Auburn. Methinks. Unless you want a really strong contrast to your hair now. And something you've never done.

Oh yeah, that's a great photo. Smile

P.S. This thread title rules.

How interesting. I was just talking to my sister about the dying hair subject. (Hehe.) We thought it would be neat if a "modern" girl went her whole life without dying her hair. Because, most girls dye their hair by the age of 13 now... Rolling Eyes Not that there's anything wrong with it, it's just, nice to be natural too.

Whoa, sorry that got long.

Go all Clementine Kruczynsky! (I voted "Something Crazy")

But if you're wanting to do something really new with your hair, and if you want to go darker sometime in the future, but also want to do something lighter with your hair ... I would suggest DEFINITELY going blonde before going black or dark brown or dark red. Once you dye your hair any dark colour, you can't get it to go any lighter unless you bleach it. When your hair is its natural colour, it will adapt to blondes and light reds easily.

Also, TRIPLEEEET ... What about the young lasses who are tired of their natural hair colour, light poop? Hmm?!?!

I dye my hair so I can disguise myself.(whirls around, hops away, blanket-cape flowing behind her)

Oh yes sissstah'. Natural hair color can get boring. Headbands!! (ha.) Truly. You were suppose to show me a picture. And, why is it you always get to play with the blanket cape??? Geez.

I think the color you have now looks awesome, especially with your eye color. But if you're going to color it, I'm going with the landslide here and saying the lovely shade of auburn. Smile
