lots of us still got sick. *Super mega liquid vitamins and minerals. *Zinc *Super lysine *Ant-bacterial hand lotion *lots of hand washing *Anti-bacterial hand wipes *Colloidial silver *Oscillococcinum *Vit. C P.S. I forgot: *Zicam for colds *Super Immune booster pills from Smoothie Kings *Hot tea Sherri is running fever. I don't know how she is going to do what they have to do today. Boyd, me, Christie, and Collin all have stuffy heads, and runny noses, and are fighting sore throats. Ick!....hopefully we will all knock this out soon. |

Good luck to you, Boyd, and the band. I never realized exactly how much the two of you actually did at a show. Now that I've seen it, I can say that it would be exhausting even if you are at 100% health. Take care of yourselves out there and good luck today and tonight. I'm praying for all of you. |

I just recomended anti bac, zinc and vit C on the other blog...should have checked here first 
Again, sorry to hear everyone is feeling lousy. Stress of the road probably just complicates things. oOo try those 'cold-eeze' things...they taste horrible but i swear they work. Anyway, I hope everything improves...especially everyones spirits...Take care and God Bless |

Sorry to hear that. Being sick is not fun. I just got out of a sickness, but i think it's sneaking back up again. I had caught a sore throat that worsened into laryngitis from the cold and now my voice is nearly gone. Hope you all get well. Tell sherri that i hope she gets better from the fever also. Make sure to get alot of rest! On another side note, Alka-Seltzer Plus is good for colds. It works wonders. _________________ i wake up to find the pirates have come. |

Gee wiz...even with all that good stuff?...Colloidial silver..Zinc..geez. When I was runnin a cold and fever last week all I drank was EmergenC... I think it possibly saved my life....either that or I just imagined I was getting better...hmm...the latter could have been the case now that I think on it..heh. _________________ And it's so sad to see the world agree That they'd rather see their faces fill with flies All when I'd want to keep white roses in their eyes.

STOP USING ANTI-BACTERIAL SOAP!! for the love of mogwai! wash your hands a lot, but with NORMAL SOAP! don't mutate the bacteria cos then any touch with the people around you might cause an infection cos they have NO defense against the new strain of bacteria.
