lots of us appear to already have the album, and with tuesday approaching quickly, i thought i'd focus all threads about reviewing room noises into one omega thread. my review: it's awesome. i can't even conceive words to describe its awesomeness. My Lovely was disappointing, mostly because i hyped it so much and the live versions were so incredible... I actually like the new Telescope Eyes after listening for a while, and Brightly Wound is the greatest song ever written. The really high point of the album though is the flawless ending. Trolley Wood is a religious experience...i'm serious. I felt closer to god after listening to that song, and the very end where the clapping breaks down into laughter and someone says "awww, good job!" it was perfect, there was no better way to end the album...no better way... i give it a 9.5, yes, a 9.5 with that rave review, not a 10, because it takes a heck of an album to get a 10 (Kid A anyone?) and like i said, My Lovely was sort of a disappointment...still...9.5? that puts this album in my top 10 favs [/i] _________________ welcome to the no pants club boone |

hey, i already made one of these... but anyway, I'm not good at writing reviews and such, but i can decide what i like and dont like for myself(cant i?) And i Think This album is seriously the best album '05 has showed us. But i do think its great, and i think ill give it a 9 _________________ chinese food makes me sick |
