EISLEY-- Last night you played a show in Hartford, CT at the Webster... I was there with two of my friends, and we went just to see you. You were absolutely amazing, Stacy and Sherri's voices are absolutely unique and beautiful, and the harmonies are like nothing I've ever heard before. All of the songs are beautiful (musically and lyrically.) The vibe of the band is something I've never experienced before, it's like I'm listening to stories of mermaids and fairies, it's so magical and different. It was so amazing, it gave me the chills!!! I know how rude most of the crowd was, and it might've been discouraging, but I really really hope you consider coming back here soon. That was the NFG crowd, it's a very young one, probably the average age of people there was 14, so some of them are incredibly immature...most probably didn't have the maturity to even listen to you guys for a moment. You were brave to get in front of all of them to begin with, it's honestly admirable. My friends and I left early, sometime during the NFG set, and went outside. My boyfriend was saying something about how great you guys were, loudly, and A man who introduced himself as Boyd (your Dad?) emerged from a van and talked to us for a few minutes. He seemed like such a nice, caring man, and shook our hands at the end of the conversation. I only wish we could've met you face to face!! 
Basically, I just wanted you to know, that there were at least 3 people in that audience who came to that show just to see you play...don't be discouraged by the jerks.....you make some of the most beautiful, creative music I've ever heard. I LOVE YOU GUYS!!!! and I was one of the people cheering loudly for you....I can't wait to see you live again!!! _________________ .:Catie:. |

i was there just for eisley too. i was pleasantly surprised that there weren't really any people talking or being obnoxious during their set around where i was standing. plus they played head against the sky and mister pine, so that was awesome. |
