so, last night in philly was the 9th time i've been fortunate enough to see eisley live. i was talking to jon and weston about it and they suggested i make a thread to find out who's seen them the most times. however, they also figured there should be some sort of multiplier corresponding to how far away you are, so a show for someone who lives on the east or west coast would count more than for someone who lives in tyler. maybe we could use the amount of days it would take ups ground to deliver a package or something like that. anyway, who's seen them more? do i have a 10 anywhere?

Being 15 and in Mississippi (where I live is about 5+ hours away from any concert hotspot) sort of limits me. I had already gotten tickets for the Fueled by Ramen and Friends tour in April months ago so I couldn't see Eisley in Nashville in March... so... never.. for me. If my mom didn't have a bad history with New Orleans (*cough* she was sick and pregnant there on her honeymoon and had a horrible time therefore she hates the city) then I could see them on the last night of the NFG tour.. but.. alas... no.

I wish I could lie and say I've seen them 30948309 times. :/

Once :/ But I plan on going all out this summer if they tour, and seeing as many live shows as I can so I can be a newly found friend of the band that they talk to and are like hey you're awesome and we see you everywhere.

I think the whole thing is kind of skewed. People that live in the northeast where there are more shows in a close proximity have a lot more chances to see Eisley. The closest place for me to see Eisley is 2 hours away, the 2nd is 6 hours. If the show is not on a weekend, I can't drive 6 hours to see them. I'm just saying.

But here's the real test...how many of you have had Eisley play at your own radio show?

How did a few of you end up befriending the band and getting to hang out with them after the shows and such? I'm jealous.

Zero.

You must also take into account where Eisley tours the most. And, for the record, they've never been to West Texas to do a show. Not their fault, I know, but just cause they hit Houston, Dallas, and Austin all the time don't mean they cover the whole state. I could cross most states in the time it takes me to get to Dallas.

Never and I live in Nebraska.

OTC:I know this is a stupid question but. Most concerts I go to are of pretty hardcore bands and to show them you like them every one just goes crazy.I mean "moshing" and all that crap. What do you do at a Eisley show?
Surely you don't go around hiting and pushing people. But surely you don't just stand there.Thanks.
