For some reason, whenever my Laughing City EP ends, I always feel the need to put in Neutral Milk Hotel's "In the Aeroplane Over the Sea" directly after it, and I'm really not sure why. These albums flow together quite nicely. Has anyone else experienced this sensation? Or am I crazy? I'll vote for the latter.

Well, at least you know what to put after eisley when making a mix tape, right? I guess I can see how they might flow, though I'd never thought of it before.

i dunno... i love aeroplane over the sea. it's one of my top albums of ALL TIME (in my short 20 year life). i haven't ever made any kind of connection between the two though. they seem a bit stylistically different to me. when i finish the eisley album i usually let it start over again, cause it's too short. and if i am in the mood to listen to them i want more than 25 minutes worth. but that's me.

everyone always talks about AOTS... you all need On Avery Island... it's so good.

I haven't noticed that either, but I do need.. or rather want on avery island. Unfortunately good records is the only place I know of that carries it and I dont make it there often.
