DVD at the Troubadour I posted this on the Summer Scenic thread where I'm posting every day as we count down before the tour begins. I was there, in Hollywood, in the dressing room, when Xavier (head of Eisley's marketing at WB) said, we should shoot a DVD of the band when they come back thru... a good one; lots of camera angles, multi-track it to pro tools... record all of these songs... put something else out there..." YES. So, it's happening. The audio company has already contacted me for a stage plot and set list. (no no no...i won't give it to you... ha ha ha) I don't really have it yet. Anyway, pretty cool. but the Troubadour doesn't wants the live show to happen... not get hijacked by the intimidating, foreboding DVD taping factor; they'll stay out of the way, and Eisley will attempt to ignore them. Live music is live music. So, if you want to be a part of this epic moment in history, get your tickets now. It will sell out. The last 2 shows they played there did. The danged place only holds 500 and LA is a big place. Thanks. _________________ EisleyWebGuy "The industrialists never saw the fruit of their own labor - Post Moderism, which I now proclaim as dead. saw-wheat! that's awesome! will it be like the live coldplay dvd? i actually watched it again this afternoon. oooo, a tour diary like the coldplay one would be cool. and backstage stuff would be neato. how long do these take to complete? will they be available at the end of the year? man, my mind is racing with expectations, haha. anything with eisley on a dvd will be purchased by me. |

I DEMAND that either Head Against the Sky or Over the Mountains be on this setlist!!! Also, I think some kind of video tour diary, or even just random snippets of Eisley life beyond the shows, be included as an extra feature. (Along with the music videos, of course.) |

Wow, this should be incredible. I was originally planning on going to the Pomona one since it's literally 10 minutes away, but now I just might go to this one. Plus, it gives me an excuse to go to the Troubadour again because that's my 2nd favorite venue and I haven't been there since last summer when I saw FOB. _________________ we're not sleeping and i'm not breathing |
