How do you say Brightly Wound? Eisley fans in real life tend to pronounce it differently. So, I was wondering how you think it is said? (or if you know for sure) so, what kind of wound is this? # noun: any break in the skin or an organ caused by violence or surgical incision # verb: cause injuries or bodily harm to # verb: hurt the feelings of # adjective: put in a coil |

I've only heard Sherri pronounce it "WOW-nd". So that's how I pronounce it. I think it was in the recording of their first performance as Eisley instead of Moss Eisley that she said it. _________________ Thistledown |

i thought it was wound (to injure) for the longest time which i thought fit because the song could be taken as memories of a relationship long past and not wanting to leave that time, which at first hurts. now i hear wound (to coil) which does seem to fit better with my interpretation of the song (coil up and hide from the present), and the "brightly" part of the title. thanks for bringing that up! i lost a lot of sleep over that. _________________ erinbeth84: forget pro-choice and pro-life. i'm going pro-duck.
