Hmm.. I don't know.. maybe something like Elliott, or Brandtson. I guess I really don't have one choice, but it wasn't any on that list really. Ooh, another good one I think would be Celestial Static. You may remember them from C-stone New Band Showcase this summer (well, if you were there)

celestial static is awesome. i saw them at cstone 2000 for the first time, they were playing on the side of the road and they caught my attention because they were playing a smashing pumpkins song.

I LIKE KNOBS, FADERS

Hey Gregor, have you heard Elliott's new (not yet released) stuff? It is unbelievable. They have MP3 clips of it up somewhere. Last I heard, the new CD is coming out Januaryish. I can't wait.

Maybe one of us could win the lottery, and we could bring Elliott to open for Moss Eisley. Very Happy They only live, like two hours from Indy.

I picked RadioHead just because they're so huge and it seems like a pipe dream. I've been to see both bands live and....both are so freakin' amazing, it makes my head spin. The Coldplay dream doesn't seem so intangible to me. I can't express how much I love their music.

Since we're on the topic, I know it seems crazy, but supposedly, Coldplay's manager is coming see MossEisley at the Door next Friday. (?!#!@?) You know, like a showcase thing. I guess I'm not holding my breath - anything could change, but that's sorta what's behind the veil right now. Hey, if it happens, it happens. You already know about Capitol and others this Friday night. I have many thoughts...but for now, I'll just, whatever...stop thinking.

The Danielson Fam would be cool to see live. I heard they sell band shoes. (you know, like T-shirts, except that they're shoes.)
To answer the question: swaying yipeye sparking waves of ensemblegiastic nuance. Incredulous tremules belly up within dogmatic stagnance. Paradigmatic creature charisma tree leaf envy. pull together man, we've got a song to sing.

If you can guess what that was a quote of you'll win a prize. And if you say it was not a quote but a random set of ideas produced out of the part of my brain that I keep in a plastic bag hanging from my ear, I'll slap you because you'll be right, and because the prize is, in fact, a slap.

come on you guys.!!

MossEisley AND Radiohead!! How could you get any better??!!

well for me a perfect concert would probably be Radiohead, MossEisley, dredg, and Miles Davis.. so add dredg and Miles Davis to that list, and you've got the concert of the century hehe..

wishful thinking I suppose.. ./..

Kappa,

No actually I haven't heard the new stuff. I just recently bought 'False Cathedrals' and in the package was a promo flyer for their new album, no date just "coming soon" I think. I was excited.

And actually since I got that album (and have been listening to it repeatedly), I have seriously thought about bringing them sometime. I doubt they're really very expensive. The number one thing.. as always in Indy.. is a good V E N U E. Smile
