You can download iTunes for free and access the Music Store to purchase it as part of the "Telescope Eyes" release (single? EP? Whatever). It's worth the price for that and "Vintage People."

Yea, it's a new version of the song... much more busy and produced. Even more circus-ish, too.

The description called it a "demo," so I assumed it was earlier than the Laughing City recording. I dunno though; I'd have to look at it again. Smile

Oh, it's a newer version, I wouly say I am 100% positive, but then that would come back to bite me, eh? Wink But really, If I remember correctly, it was recorded around the same time as Vintage People. I think it's called demo because it will not be released on any album.

mike mogis sessions
2003, recorded before Laughing City, in and around the same time really...not far from each other. originally intended for an indie EP they were gonna do.
also Mr Pine and Sunfeet were recorded with Mogis as well. I Wasn't Prepared i believe as well...not 100% on that, can't really remember clearly.
Vintage People was 2004, Room Noises sessions.

now you know!

well, we at OGG are wary of posting mp3s of things you have to pay for. see, EP! and 2 were willing given to the public by the band after (heck before even) they were signed. Live performances that boyd films, also given to the public willingly. other performances that boyd approves, also, given freely.
However the LC and MT EPs, Room Noises, and the two mp3s on itunes in question...well...if we give any of that to you it would be stealing from the band.
While all of us are internet pirates (don't lie you are) for some reason we feel a moral obligation to Eisley, NOT to pirate their songs and distribute them. I'm certain there's a bittorent, or, some p2p sharing program you can find it on.
or search for audio lunch box and see if its on there.
sorry...

snap! gotcha. i just figured it was newer since it was released so much later... plus... i remember boyd talking about it in 2004, about how she sang into pickups.

i understand that now, i agree with you. maybe i should get my computer fixed so i can get itunes. or maybe buy a laptop not made by compaq... i was thinking about getting an ibook anyways. makes sense.... buy a brand new laptop so i can get one eisley song. thats dedication.
