This was from way back during the New Found Glory tour in Chicago. I asked the band if they would write my little brother a note because he was unfairly kicked off the track team at school and his coach made him look like a fool in front of the whole team and he was down about it. Anyway Chauntelle is the one who composed it and the rest of the band (minus sherri) signed it, Boyd even threw in some words of encouragement. Just want to enforce for the 10 zillionth time how nice these people are 
(Oh, and it looks like Boyd wrote Clean up dude, but it really is Cheer up )
