DANGIT!!!!!!!!!!!!! Wow. I can safely say that I didn't expect this at all, but this news makes me want to go to the Ventura show that much more for Jon' last tour. But with work restrictions I won't be able to. So please, if I don't in fact make it out to the show, please tell Jon that he will be sorely missed. _________________ « Last.FM ¤ Myspace ¤ Jacob Greene ¤ Art » |

Good luck with everything that you choose to do Jon. We all still love you and will support you! Boyd, I love what you wrote, it's all so real. Good luck to Eisley as well. _________________ "Oh sweetheart don't say such things, we don't know who's listening." www.myspace.com/Krystleann |

There are way to many emotions going on right now after reading one of the members of my favorite band is moving on to other endeavors. I'm sad I won't pic up a magazine or another cd cover with Jonathan Wilson on it, see his smooth self playing the bass and bobbing his head in vids to come or even get to meet him, yet I'm happy for him with whatever he chooses to do because you just know it's gonna be good. It's gonna be so Jon. Bye Mr. Wilson! You are goona be very missed. _________________ and iiiii can't live without you and i don't want to. i've done that all my life up til now. |

This (although some may think it a reason reason to cry) is another one of those big days in the history of a little band that I went to see for the first time 4 years ago. The first time I heard them I knew they would go far. I knew their sound was unique different than what was usual. Losing a member is a big thing for a band even if theyre still around they wont play the music on stage where I belive people make true connections. I feel your loss Boyd maybe not as much as you but I still feel it. I know that Garrison is going to be a good replacement and I cant wait to see what he will bring to the band. |

Jon's a great guy and great bassist. It sucks that being a muscian can be so difficult, but there is a lot more out there on the plus side. I'm glad I got to see the band so many times with Jon in it. _________________ Just to lay with you, there's nothing that I wouldn't do (save lay my rifle down). |

GULP. I'm sad to see Jon leave, I hope its something he doesn't live to regret. But, I know Jon is very mature and insightful and must have really thought this out and determined its what he needed to do. I got to be honest, with the way the post started out, I was just praying you weren't telling us Eisley was breaking up. At least Eisley will live on and the music will keep on flowing. Thanks for the great times and the great music Jon. Welcome young Garron; get ready for a great ride. Now I can go wipe away the tears. |

I've only been an Eisley fan for a few months, and this comes as a heartbreaker. I wish nothing but the best for Jon. I'm DEFINATLEY going to the SF show now. You are going to here more Jon love than anything you've ever heard. I hope the Eisleyians out in Cali will follow in the support, along with everyone else around the world. Jon, you rock, and to the naked eye, it saddens many many people. (Especially many of you guys that have been following them for years) But I wouldn't be an Eisley fan to think in any way harshly about this. Good luck bro, I hope to see you soon doing whatever it is you want to do. And I hope you suceed in ANYTHING and EVERYTHING you do. I'll see you and Eisley in SF. _________________ UPDATE: REAL MYSPACE LINK! http://www.myspace.com/2399095 Check out my FLICKR and leave comments!!! http://www.flickr.com/photos/28644084@N00/ |
