*deep and fast Hollywood film advert voice* thesinisterpenguin has returned from the mysterious depths of his... room. And now, before making his first appearance on this very forum after staying away, he is thwarted by one nagging thing, perhaps questioned by many, perhaps not questioned at all: is he real? a penguin? on the forum? no, surely it cannot be true? I tell you my friends that the sinisterpenguin is not actually a penguin but a real, living guy, living in london somewhere. Don't believe me? Well, I never. I tell you it's true! You sure you don't believe me? Is he just a "forgotten myth", or is he an actual, real, living Laughing Citizen...
