I really envy all of the fans here who've been following Eisley for a long time.. from someone unfortunate enough to have just started listening to Eisley, well, you're very lucky. 
I've been a big Coldplay fan from the beginning, and, as a mixed blessing, I only made it to see the tail end of Eisley's set when they were at Dallas. Great that I heard anything, but it almost makes it worse that I didn't see the whole thing. Here's hoping there'll be time for a few more smallish shows before everyone's opening for you..

After beating myself up for similar things (like mising the Pixies then putting off getting anything of theirs for almost a decade), I've found all that matters is that you like something now. I've lived a whopping 45 minutes or less from Tyler my whole life and missed the whole shebang, and I've known about them for a while now, too. That seems pretty lame to me. But, I just listened to Lauging City for the first time, and it doesn't really matter anymore. Sometimes, playing catch up can be fun. |
