 Post subject: Is it wrong to tell my 11 year old penpal about Eisley?Posted: Thu Aug 25, 2005 3:36 am 
They have this Adopt a Soldier program where kids from schools write deployed Soldiers. Well, I got one today and wrote back to her. She asked me about my favorite music so I told her I loved Eisley and told her all about the band. I even gave her the website to check them out. Oh well, I guess she shouldn't have asked! |

ya gotta git'um while ther young or else they be singin akon and fiddy at the top of there lungs at 10:00 o clock at night, replaying each song over and over again and i'm sorry that's just not right. i don't care if you're lonely akon get away from my little sister! _________________ and iiiii can't live without you and i don't want to. i've done that all my life up til now.

akon ripped that song off cos there is another version from the 60's which is much better! and um its cool to tell her, i dont like when people get all pissy cos younger people like what they like...we were like that also at one time! -matt |

That's pretty awesome. I think they'd be a great band for her to listen to. Creative, fun lyrics. No cussing, clean living. Etc.
