 Post subject: an amazing, but costly two days in october.Posted: Wed Sep 07, 2005 10:45 am 
im very excited about this, so i felt i should share with you all. the 26th and 27th of october are going to be two of the best days ever. on the 26th, i get to see one of my biggest inspirations/influences ever, one of the all time greatest musicians ever, a member of the greatest band ever, Sir Paul McCartney. in the THIRD ROW!!!! wow.wowie.wowsers. yeah. the next day, i get to drive from minneapolis to chicago (about, oh, 8-9 hours) to go see another one of my biggest inspirations/influences ever.. eisley.  with switchfoot (  )
gas will kill me. so will hotels. but whatever. its freekin paul mccartney, eisley, and switchfoot all within 24 hours of each other. im so very happy _________________ Flutter girl killing me with her sunshine... she's so unaware that she's my melpomene. hi www.myspace.com/musicislove |

That's great. I'd love to see Paul McCartney. The really great news is that his next album has been produced by Nigel Godrich. Incredible. |

at eisley, i'll say hi. if i see you. did the tickets go on sale yet? i haven't checked. i just bought tickets for shiny toy guns for friday, if anyone (in illinois) is going to that. _________________ mmmmm babypuffs.

I really want to try to see Paul, and more importantly get my mom to one of his shows. She grew up a huge Beatles fan, and it's had an influence on me, too. To see both in such a short span, wow. sweet...i'll be seeing sir paul and the foo fighters within a 3 day span towards the beginning of october. then, at the end of the month, i'll see eisley and saosin on consecutive days. i'm massively looking forward to that. |
