Where are the tour journal forums?!??!!?

Check the news out, the journals are in a seperate place from the forum now.

but I'll give you a SMALL benefit of the doubt. Your browser may have the Flash navigation cached. Refresh your browser, there's a link to Journals up there. Old links to the journals redirect now, as well.
