is Eisley. Well... you know. Head Against the Sky EP... was an early Christmas Present if you ask me. I mean, seriously.... I've been listening to Eisley since April when iTunes put Telescope Eyes as the free download of the week.... and Eisley has persisted through my playlist to now. Persisted through my U2 introduction and craze that lasted a month or three... Persisted through my LOVEDRUG craze. OK.. I owe you guys a major major thanks for introducing us to them... boy oh boy is that a lovely CD. Eisley still persists through my Arcade Fire in my ears fetish.. along with ColdPlay. Yeah.. I listen to Eisley more than ColdPlay I Haven't been this crazy about a band's music since I discovered Enya back in the early 90's. Seriously. I listen to Eisley a good 80% of the time. .... and I've fallen in love with the live versions of the songs on HATS. When I listen to the OGG versions... it's amazing to hear how much the band has grown musically. Anyways... while this is a Christmas Wish List...... here we go: 1. To Hear Brightly Wound at Buzz-Oven. I haven't ever heard this song live. I know the band doesn't like it.. .. . I've no idea why.. it's my 3rd favorite. 2. Laughing City! I love this song! 3. Another new song? Pretty Please? <laughs> Many Funerals just has me wanting more. So those are my top 3. I just want you guys to know that.. yeah I love you guys. Wish you major happy Thanksgiving. I know you folks have tons to be thankful for . . . as so do I. I don't post much... so I"ll go ahead and say Merry Christmas Oh yeah... Yeah... I have a "Zero'th" wish... that has already been granted. 0. One more Eisley Concert. Thank you guys. Really. Thanks Boyd for putting info.. info.. info on here. Thank you Sherri, Stacy, Chauntelle, Weston, Garron & Jon... for the magic you put into the music.... (or did when you were in the Band.. and warm wishes to you on whatever you are doing these days!) Ziferius PS - Lord knows that's corny mushy stuff up there... but well sometimes you gotta let it out or it'll rott your insides. |

You just expressed the joy in listening to Eisley and appreciation for their work that first brought most of us here, but said more clearly than most of us could.
