post some lyrics you think are beautiful from eisley songs. it wasn't until last week that i realised just how beautiful these words are, not to mention how amazingly they are sung All the time, darling now, oh All the time, now we'll have to make it up We'll make it up, oh All the days, darling now, oh All the days, now we'll have to make them up We'll make them up somehow _________________ Wil's excellent description of me. wilsmith wrote: You're the Anti-Censorship+Topless Twitpic Parodying+Youth Group Video Directing guy that's a champion for the 1st amendment, Videogames as Art, and unrepentant file sharing... Men would die at sea for you But all I want is you Men would live and die for you But all I want is you, you These beautiful moments we shared together All end now They'll make me drink this potion; I'll sleep forever Until I wake under the glacier ground Come back, come back to me, my darling. Then hold on, hold on to the ones you love. Hold on, hold on to the ones you love I gave the other half of the moon to you So you wouldn't forget me while I'm gone And this I know dear, My heart smiles when you're near. Down and down-- you love me, not the actor's view of me. Down and down-- will you love me, not the actor's view of me? |

On the mossy turf we'll dance 'til (ooh ahh, ooh ahh) Our feet shatter, our toes will splinter (ooh ahh, ooh ahh) The mystery of salt and sea Has never been intriguing to me But the sea green is set so beautifully Against your pallid face that I must close my eyes And turn my face _________________ INTELLECT AND ROMANCE OVER BRUTE FORCE AND CYNICISM Smokemonster |

oh, when the day is blue, i'll sit here, wondering about you and how the pollen fell all around your face in strange yellow patterns when the morning came, the bees flew down and wrapped themselves around me and that's when i spoke a word to have them trace your face for me in pollen. |

And my stilts they began cracking Subsequently pushed I really dig that line, a very original way of rephrasing the 'knocked off my high horse' cliche. At least I think that's what she's saying. I really like how there are no repeated lyrics at all in 10 Cent Blues, great how they keep finding interesting & different ways to tell their tales. _________________ http://www.twitter.com/drstrangeblog http://www.last.fm/user/getinline I can't find the time to write my mind the way I want it to read. |

I cut the moon in half and stuck a piece to my hair it made the back of my head glow golden yellow and then i took ten stars on sticks and placed them in my small metal bucket i gave the other half of the moon to you so you wouldn't forget me while i'm gone _________________ melanie |

We were walking there And I had tangles in my hair But you make me feel so pretty You have shining eyes Yes like those forest lights And it makes me want to cry I swear, every time one of my friends hears that part of the song, they go, "Aw!" And I have to admit, I sometimes do as well... Lol. But my all-time favorites have to be... With lightbulbs in our pockets, we light this darkened forest. and... I shall never grow up Make believe is much too fun. _________________ "I cannot discuss your verses; for any attempt at criticism would be foreign to me. i can't remember exactly now. I think its I love to watch the light you spread into the room see how it dances from you to me to you? I enjoy that too! _________________ Wil's excellent description of me. wilsmith wrote: You're the Anti-Censorship+Topless Twitpic Parodying+Youth Group Video Directing guy that's a champion for the 1st amendment, Videogames as Art, and unrepentant file sharing... Vintage People: I have laughed up galaxies, Hats and glasses But i've never met anyone quite like you I've met vintage people who boast of shipwrecks and bravery, But I've never met someone quite like you You can take me away from here Do you remember how it was when we were fascinators; Sneaking glances. Do you remember how it was all night while I sang my song. 'Til our songs were done. All the people gathered to watch you smile And take photographs for rememberence Could they testify with experience they would find that They've never met someone quite like you And you can take me away from here Do you remember how it was when we were fascinators; Sneaking glances. Do you remember how it was all night while I sang my song. 'Til our songs were done. And it's just nice to be near you Until the sun breaks our city street through. |
