I'm sure this has been talked about a million times, but I havnt been on in a while.

Head against the sky was my favorite Eisley song...and I just went to their myspace and I'm pretty sure they made it wayyyy more heavy sounding.

It's still the same song and everything but it just sounds...darker.

I really, reallllly like it.

I'm so ticked off about not being able to go to the meridian...I went last year but this year my friend who's mom gets the hotel room wants to go with his girlfriend.

Sad

Did they change any lyrics?

I've noticed it sounding heavier when they play it live also. It might also be the improved quality of the recording.

I love the new version, but it sounds a tad angier to me for some reason.

Yeah, it does sound different. Some parts of it are better on the original version.
The new one is very good.

It's quite amazing to hear how Stacy and Sherri's voices have matured over the years. Heh.

I miss that "ahhh-ahhhhh-aahhhhhh" part right before (I think) the second chorus. I'm starting to forget about the absent bass outro. But that "ah" part was awesome.

Where's the beef?!

I think Garron played an outro last night.

I will side with all who like the new version best as well. I played it for a friend who had never heard Eisley before, he said it sounds like Heart if they were just starting in 2006.

I think the old version sounds heavier in the beginning than the new one, but the new one is more polished. I like both.

Well it sounds like Chauntelle turned up the gain or something...
it's chunkier sounding I think. and she also has a lot more fills. which fit perfectly.

and I too miss the "ahh ahh ah" before the choruses..

is it choruses? or like...chorus', or like chorii ? hahah one of you musically talented peoples lay it down for me
