i think that is so rude.
i don't blame stacy for being pissed off.
i think i would have said more that "sheesh" to the person who threw it at me.

I just commented Boyd's post about this! But hot damn, that would piss me off. I would've thrown it back at the crowd, or said something rude. Of course, Stacy and the band handled it in the most mature way, but my lack of patience tends to get the better of me at such times.
It's just so disheartening, and just plain sad, when you hear about someone disrespecting your favorite (or top favorite, which ever) band in such a way. Not to mention, completely unnecessary. If I had that same attitude at the New Found Glory show (eww Eisley suck! their music isn't punk! you can't crowd surf! ugh, God forbid you have to take a moment to feel music or, gasp, listen!) as everyone else, I wouldn't have become the Eisley fan I am now, which further more has inspired other aspects of my creativity, and music listening.
GRRRR just GRRRRR.

Isn't great how one person who is rude/not thinking/a jerk (if not some stronger word/name) can ruin something for the masses?

Performing is hard enough let alone knowing that the goal is to win over most of the people who probably do not know anything about you LET ALONE getting stuff thrown at you....especially beer. If anything else, that shows their/stacy's professionalism that they/she were able to still do an awesome show, didn't do anything to give that person a satisfying reaction (or whatever they wanted from that stunt). and that if you didn't know what happen, apparently you couldn't tell something was wrong.

Awesome reaction from the band. Unfortunate reaction from that person from the crowd.

...Cause people are stupid.

And probably drunk, half thinking, and in that half thought they reasoned that throwing something might be funny or might get TBS on stage faster. Or maybe its hard to throw yourself around (mosh) to Eisley songs so they had to throw something.

People do that kind of emotional abuse to other people. At sports games, concerts, its a shame. It's hard to reason why unreasonable people do things.

Some people have no manners. I'm really dissappointed in whoever did this. Luckily, I will probably never meet this person.

Good for you Stacy; for putting on an amazing show, even when there were jerks present who didn't deserve it.

Golly, Poster

The piledriving and Stone Cold Stunners will begin.

Seriously though, that's pretty freakin' stupid.

Unfortunately, my first Eisley show had a bunch of verbally rude people - House of Blues last year in Chicago for the NFG tour.

There were some idiots when I saw Eisley who didn't want to listen to the between-the-songs chit chat, and kept calling for them to play another song. It was really getting on my nerves. especially when they semi-interrupted Sherri's blurb about We Feel Good.

It can't be so hard to have just a tiny, tiny but of patience.

Though apparently it is.
