 Post subject: Stacy is SO beautiful...Posted: Mon May 29, 2006 5:41 am 
I met the band after the Liverpool gig in the car-park by their black van - btw looked everywhere at first for a black GMC, then found out it was a merc  pretty funny - anyway, talked to the band and Boyd and Chris the driver and Mark soundguy, and they were all so friendly and so considerate.
Im not even gonna try and put into words how fantastic it was to talk to them all, in such an organic way. It made not my day, but my year, totally. There is always that fear that in meeting your idols they may not be who you want them to be, because of a pre-conceived idea you project, but Eisley are just so genuine and so lovely, and i am gifted to have been in their presense. Thankyou Boyd, thankyou Eisley, and everyone that made the UK tour possible, you rock. P.S. Just for the record, my name is not RON - as Boyd's latest journal says - but ROB, but now he has said it, what do you think Laughing Citizens, should i change my name??!!! 
Sorry, totally gone off track here. Yes, Stacy is SO beautiful, it is inconceivable. The nearest way of describing it, is how Gimli felt meeting Galadriel in Lords of the Rings. Oh my, have i really started a thread on this?? !!!

Garron is going to be dissapointed that someone finallly confirmed that the color of the van is indeed black. He may be color blind, but I guess that's better than being tone deaf. I guess you can be forgiven for gushing like a girl over Stacy, but the Rings reference makes me embarassed for you. Lol. Just kidding ... sorta. |

What actually happened was that I gave all of them gifts. Then Sherri said "Awww! You get hugs!" Sherri quickly gave me a hug. And Stacy comes blasting off of the wall and hugs me.
