I'm just about to go see The Research, an instore.

I've already met 2/3rds of them. Said 2/3rds have signed a tee that I got at one of their shows. Is it cheeky to ask them all to sign my converse... the other one... the one that's not signed by half of another band on their label?

I mean, chances are they won't remember me. But... yeh know.

edit: when I say "they signed my tee", I mean "each of them wrote a message at the bottom, to make it less subtle".

I think I'll go for it.

I was just gunna be boring and take the album. hmmm...

I think it's ok, as long as it's not hard for them to sign your shoe (back problems, crowded space, way too busy), and as long as they're not nasty. That's just how I'd feel about signing shoes. Confused

yeah. I put my foot on the nearest amp to make it easier for them! Laughing

The show was good.

And Russell (lead singer/mini keyboard) remembered who I was. Which is rad in itself.

If they don't mind, then sure go for it. I always want bands to sign mine, but I normally have on my black Converse, so it won't show up.

I went to an in-store once and a girl had a pair of jeans that a lot of bands had autographed, so she got the other bands to sign them too. I thought that was pretty cool.
