 Post subject: my grandma likes eisley now...Posted: Sun Jul 16, 2006 5:48 am 
i sent her the link to "golly sandra" that's on eisley.com a week or so ago. then i just sent her the link to "invasion" and she loves that. i'm going to have to make her a cd of some of their songs now.

I made my step-dad a mix cd and slipped "I Wasn't Prepared" in there... I wonder if he'll say anything

I'm not going to push it though, because that just bothers people. I too find it rather difficult to turn anyone onto Eisley. My mother hates them with abandon (though that's to be expected as she and I disagree on everything) and all of my friends look at them too analytically. Glad I'm not the only one who has problems with that though. _________________

I got my mom to listen to about 5 songs on Room Noises and watch about 5 live videos. All she said was that their voices don't really go with the music... that they should be a Celtic band  She didn't mean that in a negative way though. My mom says my music is 'crazy people music'.. even when I made her listen to Eisley! (She calls it crazy people music because she thinks the guitars and stuff are too loud..) _________________
