So every year THE SLACKERS (awesome ska band) has this boat cruise (http://upcoming.org/event/86102/). The band plays on the boat and the boat circles manhattan (a few times from what ive heard. ive never actually been to it) and then the band and everyone just hangs out enjoying a nice boat ride and good eatin. SOO. I was thinking how awesome it'd be if Eisley did that. I personally think its a fantastic idea...mostly because I live in New York and c'mon, you can't deny its awesomeness _________________ creation is salvation |

I don't know, I think it's a cool idea... but more for a ska group. When you're on a ship, ska and reggae and upbeat kinds of music are better to listen to, where as Eisley is more mellow. _________________ my name's carrie and i love a good sandwich so if you have a sandwich, come roll with me! i'm gonna marry the mars volta. |

There's a radio station in San Diego that does that. Brandi Carlile was featured a couple months ago and I think it's a really good idea. At dusk, with the city lights in the background, Eisley would be ideal. _________________ INTELLECT AND ROMANCE OVER BRUTE FORCE AND CYNICISM Smokemonster |

i got seasick. never again. Same here. My cruise = phail. They were serving duck a l'orange to my family as I was throwing up in my cabin. If I hadn't been sick, I would very much have loved to try duck a l'orange. _________________ |

yeah that's a cool idea except for I live in California. My grad night was on a ship around the Berkely Marina and it was the time of my life. There was a little dance floor and everyone was falling over because of the rocking of the boat it was hilarious. _________________ It's faaaaaaaat Halpert! |

Cruises are awesome... but it depends on which one you go on. The smaller ships (like the first one I went on - Discovery - sucked.. but ships from Royal Caribbean, Carnival, etc. are amazing) but yeah, I think I'd go if I could. I really prefer land though. _________________ Be happy, be contagious. |
