Ever find songs that you could just see another band covering perfectly? I was listening to "Kotton Krown" by Sonic Youth in my government class, and I can seriously see Eisley doing a truely amazing interpretation of this song. The melody and the lyrics fit perfectly with Eisley's material, so it wouldn't seem horribly out of context at all. So what songs do you want to see Eisley cover? _________________ Coprophiliacs make sh*tty lovers. Flickr Transvaal IV - Myspace : Virb Deep Thoughts About Shallow Subjects |

i had a dream that eisley covered a toadies song the other night. and chauntelle sang it. but now that i think about it, i don't think it was really a toadies song. but it was in the dream... if that makes ANY sense. eisley should play zombie by the cranberries again. _________________ xoxo, kris |

"Fake Plastic Trees," by Radiohead. Or "Paranoid Android," by Radiohead. Or "I Will," by Radiohead. That last one would be really cool, 'cause it's got the vocal stuff going on the background like in "Laughing City." _________________ INTELLECT AND ROMANCE OVER BRUTE FORCE AND CYNICISM Smokemonster |

see. i think the whole point of a band, like eisley, covering another bands song would be to take something from another genre and bridge the gap.. fill the space.. i would like to hear eisley cover something like.. patsy cline - 'walking after midnight' blood sweat and tears - 'spinning wheel' or the who - 'baba o'riley' ok.. so my vision will never come true... i wouldn't mind hearing a good remake of: sugar ray - someday mustard plug - you .. is it possible for me to get kicked out of a forum simply for having bad ideas? _________________ -xxciv- ARkASIA life without you. it's not the same. |

A song like that performed by such a sweet female voice would sound even more creepier and darker than it does. That would be GREAT! and... BASKETCASE! If Avril did it, why not Sherri?? _________________ Visit my Pic Album! |

I can just hear Stacy singing, "Please can you stop the noise, I'm trying to get some rest..." *shivers and chills* _________________ INTELLECT AND ROMANCE OVER BRUTE FORCE AND CYNICISM Smokemonster |
