 Post subject: I'm watching the time...Posted: Thu May 17, 2007 7:29 am 
(pun fully intented) My watch was causing me problems on my left wrist, basically i think it's 'cause I rarely took it off (even when cycling - Hard to believe road cycling would cause alot of movement across the wrists, but that's E'burgh for ya). So before I cycled home today, i took it off, replaced it with my sweatband, and then tightened the straps on my cycling jacket around the sweatband to stop the skin giving me the urge to itch. About 2 minutes ago, I put my watch on... on the other wrist: my right! I'm acclimatising: i'll get used to it eventually. To be supercool, I put it on face down.  Come to think of it, this stops the elbow jerking so much... 
this made me think, "i wonder what the proportionage of left/right/no watchwearers there are on the LC...". So here I am: On which wrist do you wear your watch? (nice totally unthought out alliteration there...)? And for even more pazzaz... I also depend mostly on my cell phone for the time. I'm allergic to inexpensive metals, so I can only wear one style of watch, and Ive never grown accustomed to wearing one. When I do wear it, I wear it on my left hand, and I'm right-handed. |
