Anyone know yet if there will be a podcast of the show? I was not a "laughing citizen" this time last year, so not sure how it worked, but I remember someone posting a link from last years' not to long ago. Will Buzz Oven do that again this year? Will those hundreds and thousand miles away have sometime to look forward to on Sunday night as well? |

I'm wondering the same. I was too out of the loop on this show last year because I didn't want to think about what I was missing. It would be great to have a recording. _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |

Well, TexasGigs, now a sub-news thingamijig with Pegasus News, is really pimping out Buzz-oven and Eisley. TG is probably going to have another podcast seeing as they love Eisley and it's basically an exclusive for 'em (I suppose at least). But this is me just guessing. I have no idea if they are, but they are advertising the show so I suspect that they would be there, especially since this line-up is way better than last year's. Last year's was a heck of a lot of screamo bands. My ears wanted to bleed. But the indie stage saved my sanity. So I'm banking on a podcast-- TG is probably going to have a table set up too so they can blog while they're there. _________________ "I cannot discuss your verses; for any attempt at criticism would be foreign to me. i would but i'm not sure how to use those you send its/upload pages....I'll see if I can figure it out later tonight if no one else does! Speaking of the podcast again, if anyone knows another thing...does texas gigs usually do them live or is it a delay before they are posted? |

I believe that they have a delay just so we can download it. I don't think that it's a listen in on kind of thing, you either download it or you don't. That was at least what they did last year. So I'm guessing that it's delayed. I don't know though. Lol. _________________ "I cannot discuss your verses; for any attempt at criticism would be foreign to me. I figured it out and was actually in the middle of uploading it when I found this link: http://www.pegasusnews.com/bands/eisley/ Lots of fun podcasts and spotcasts and whatevercasts to download. The concert itself seems to be on this link: http://media.texasgigs.com/audio/Podcasts/Eisley_Live.mp3 All from last year, but I guess this is the site to search if we want something from this year... |

Well, I went and I have to say I didn't see the usual media table area, except for 102.1 The Edge, who packed it up around 3:00. I didn't see TexasGigs/Pegasus News like I hoped I would. But I believe a few journalists showed up for it so there might be an article out there soon. I don't think there will be a podcast though. There might be a few vids wandering around YouTube soon though because I saw a handful of people taping their show. _________________ "I cannot discuss your verses; for any attempt at criticism would be foreign to me.
