At least your team has been to the world series in your lifetime. The Cubs haven't been there since 1945, and haven't won it since 1908. Of course it's that f-ing billy goat since '45!

Dang you Billy Dianis! Dang you Steve Bartman... like most Cubs fans, this is tongue in cheek, not to be taken seriously

No. Your friend was waiting for Individual game tickets in the "virtual waiting room," not season tickets. Season tickets have a waiting list of about 30,000 people. About 5000 more people need to let their season tickets go for me to get season tickets.

The "virtual waiting room" is virtual hell. There is a trick to it, though. PM me if you want the trick (for February, 2008 of course as they're essentially sold out for this season already).

I noticed that they were quietly sneaking in there. Could get interesting.

Second place, 5 games behind the Brewers, 1/2 game ahead of the Cardinals. Soriano hit 3 home runs tonight, seems to be heating up to his normal numbers. Bullpen, a weak spot for the Cubs so far this year, has been good as of late. Still optimistic this is the year!

Well, it has been 99 years. They would have been right any of those 99 years, so I can understand why many would doubt this will be the year. It's actually more surprising that 1 person agreed with me.

Golly, Poster

Watching Dodger fans fight is funner than watching the actual game. But there's also a good chance your car will be stolen from the parking lot. Yay baseball.

Surprisingly there are..I don't know why, they...nevermind, I can't even say it, they're actually doing really well this season. Sad

Yeah. They're a good team. I just haven't run across any non-NY Mets fans in memory.
