I'd have to say Telescope Eyes... for a two-part reason. 1. I heard Telescope Eyes for the first time almost two years ago (Dec. 31, 2001). It's getting kinda old. 2. I don't like the new version. What a rough thread though... sheesh _________________ xoxo, kris |

I have no idea what your talking about. Tree Tops rocks. I don't know if i'm right but the chorus reminds me a lot of Weezer. And Stacy's melodies with, what you call, the circus noises. Those are great too. I too am not a young girl, but neither is Chris Martin of Coldplay and he sang this song during sound checks. Enough said. I like telescope eyes too (more the original version). It's one of my favorites but it is still fairly new to me. I can't decide if i have a "least" favorite song. I like all their songs for different reasons. I have a lot of mixed feelings about this thread. Argh...all this negative energy. I'm gonna go listen to Tree Tops and Telescope Eyes so i can relax. Best Anthony _________________ "Anthony! C-Caw!" Sea King I can't connect with the lyrics, but the melody/vocals are so good that it doesn't matter much. That little carnival break in Tree Tops is super. Makes the song. _________________ My epitaph, should I ever need one, God forbid: 'The only proof he ever needed of the existence of God was music.' -Kurt Vonnegut "...dance when you forget to wear pants..." -Seanbaby |
