First things first. There is apparently a cow that is being bred that only produces skim milk. More info on that here.

And second, what kind do you prefer?

Lately, I've been drinking soy milk. I try to stick to skim and 2 percent with cow milk. But I really haven't had much of that lately. I had whole the last time I did, actually ...

I've also had some goat's milk, too. I kinda like it.

I should have added an "Other" option for milk types. I forgot about goats milk and the like.

Rice milk ftw!

Meanwhile... "I see you're drinking 1%. Is that 'cause you think you're fat? 'Cause you're not. You could be drinking whole."

Mine's not up there .... Wink

I'm lactose intolerant, so I drink lactose-free skim or 1%, which is like ... the closest you can get to drinking water while still drinking milk. That's what I say, anyway. But I went ahead and just chose 1%.

My college roommate drank whole most of the time, and it just ... ugh, it grossed me out and made my stomach hurt just looking at it.

P.S. I tried soy milk a couple years ago, but I just couldn't handle the taste. I'm so weak. Rolling Eyes

That stuff isn't milk or even a milk substitute. It's freaking dessert.

I've taken a liking to soymilk; before I just drank whole milk. But, I don't actually drink milk that often anymore.
