It has happened! It has finally happened! A girl and a woman came in by the bookshop today. Room Noises was playing in the background. The girl stopped, looked astonished and turned to her mother saying something in an incomprehensible (but apparently northern-scandinavian language) pointing to the ceiling (since the music comes from above). After 5 minutes she came up to me and said "Do you know Eisley"? And then I started chattering away about my Eisley love etc. She turns out to be Icelandic, she owns all albums and EP's and works in a music shop in Denmark (where, like me, she's tried to promote Eisley). We had such a nice chat and we were both amazed at the coincidence. Had my colleague put on his own music this would have never happened. The small things in life are the most meaningful in the end. Long Live Eisley Europe!!! : _________________ http://www.eisley-italia.tk ! "Δῶς μοι πᾶ στῶ καὶ τὰν γᾶν κινάσω" |

AWESOME. Thanks for sharing! What needs to happen is an Eisley show in Iceland ... one I can attend. That would be pretty crazy awesome. _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |

That would be amazing if they played in Iceland...haha, half the population would probably attend. (random fact, I'm half Icelandic. ) _________________ **Dear, did you know that people love each other** **Just like we do?** |

I loved hearing that! A girl I've recently become friends with downloaded a few songs. She's a tough critic and so I was pleasantly surprised that she liked them so much. I'm working on convincing her to buy the albums now, as this downloading business is fine to start with but..if she likes them, Eisley should be compensated. Also, my friend found this Eisley article in some magazine she was looking through and she clipped the article out for me. My first Eisley article is now tacked on my Eisley cork-board. _________________ There's an airplane in the sky With a banner right behind Loneliness is just a crime Look each other in the eye |

But just think about the coincidence. I might be the only Eisley fan in Italy and she might be the only one in Denmark. She travels to Rome, enters an english bookshop and hears Eisley in the background (and considering I only have Room Noises and Combinations it's just above 1 hour of music). Amazing. Call it fate. _________________ http://www.eisley-italia.tk ! "Δῶς μοι πᾶ στῶ καὶ τὰν γᾶν κινάσω" |

Haha, the thing is that my colleague and I (it's a small english bookshop so there's only two of us) make the playlists. His playlists include mostly electronic, instrumental etc., mine include indie rock, gothic metal, classic rock etc. _________________ http://www.eisley-italia.tk !
