I didn't get very many good ones because in the basement of the church they only have recessed lighting. Actually, the light above Chauntelle was burned out. Here are a few of the shots I was able to get.

The rest are at my flickr: http://flickr.com/photos/carolynwill/sets/72157604755807050/

Oh, they turned out pretty nice actually!

So was it a good show? I wish I could have made it out.

Wow... what an odd setting to see a band play in. Good pictures, though. Very Happy

I was waiting for someone to post pics from this show, since I wasn't able to go, so thanks for sharing! They turned out really nice.
Were there a lot of people there?

It was an awesome show. How was the 9:30 show? I wish I could have gone to both. Friday was my birthday, so I decided to go up to the Philly show and spend the night and stuff, which obviously cost a lot so I didn't have enough money to do DC too.

Being in the front, I couldn't really tell if there were a lot of people. It felt like there were. My boyfriend went to the back a few times, so I'll ask him if there were a lot of people.

I didn't see you. Sad I was kind of bummed no one tried to do a meet up before the show. Oh well.

Thanks to everyone who said nice things about my pictures. I did the best that I could with the light available.

A lot of churches have amazing acoustics! Many are used as recording venues!

that was me with the bubbles. i wasn't sure if people were loving them or hating them. chauntelle saw and smiled at me, but some guy next to me was swatting them away with a pissed off look on his face.

Oh I didn't have the bubbles. That was ghost in the snow

But if you did see me, I was right in front of Sherri next to the speakers.

Ah, I was wondering if you had gone to the D.C. one, ha. I'm glad you had fun, though, and that you saw them on your birthday, which is even cooler! The D.C. show was a lot of fun, and there weren't too many people there so I was able to get a good spot. I just wish people weren't so 'dead' in the crowd sometimes, ha.

I hate when that happens! I was one of like.. 2 people dancing at the Eisley show. People were barely even bobbing their heads! If I were a performer I would be upset when people weren't getting into it. So much of a performance depends on the energy of the crowd.

I always get the impression that people aren't having fun, when really, a lot of people just like to stand and enjoy the music. That's fine, but at least bop your head. Wink
