i have recruited a NEW eisley fan! my little 15 year old cousin saw my Eisley sticker and inquired and i let him listen to the tracks that i thought would catch his attention.
and he asked about their history and requested some CDs. woot! he's an unlikely convert (being a fan of 80's metal), but hey... he seems to be intrigued.
maybe he just thinks the girls are cute. idk. haha.

That's awesome. Eisley seems to have many unlikely converts, including myself. Your cousin is definitely not alone being a metal fan who likes Eisley.

yes, sadly, expansive taste in music is hard to understand these days, apparently.

No one said it is hard to understand, I think it's just somewhat uncommon.
Or maybe it isn't but I'm trying really hard to convert two of my best friends (or should I say my two best friends?). The problem is one of them doesn't listen to much music, though she liked the Eisley songs she has heard, and the it's pretty hard to share my music with the other, since her computer quite frequently mysteriously doesn't want to produce any sound, and it's her only CD player. Anyway, I think they'll both like Eisley very much in time.

my brother loves eisley. when he was 6 or 7 I put my headphones on his head (quietly) and played sea king and that was it. for months I was official sing-to-sleeper. I am NO dupree, let me tell you, but it made him unspeakably happy

I sent my 15 year-old twin nieces Room Noises (CD) and Combinations (CD/DVD) for their birthday back in June. They live just outside Chicago and unfortunately, we only get to see them about once a year. Anyway, we
got to visit a few weeks ago, and they were very excited about being introduced to EISLEY, and are now big fans. We suggested that they join LC, so we'll see if they do..

Two more Eisley fans join the fold Wink We're doing our best to spread the music... Smile

I've tried to introduce some of my army buddies to Eisley, unsuccessfully. I just get crap for listening to "chick" music. So right now I'm blaring it so my roommate has to listen too. Bwahahaha. I will convert him, by force if need be.

I lent my Eisley CDs to my friends Danielle and Bailey a while back. While they said they liked them, they are nowhere near the level of fandom I am at :3

I have introduced Eisley to more people than I can remember, and I have taken at least ten different people to see them with me at various shows. Introducing Eisley to people might as well be a favorite pastime for me.
