So Brendan caning's cd officially came out last week, i think. Its still being streamed on his myspace http://www.myspace.com/brendancanning
I know theres other "solo" albums to come out from other core members of BSS but witch of the two that have been released do you prefer.

I like both but I would have to go with Brendan Canning. Something about his voice is relaxing. He is also able to pull off the different kinds of styles he includes on his album. He has more of the BSS feel. IMO Something for all of us is better as a whole.

You know what, honestly, I haven't followed BSS too closely though I have the albums. I'm glad you made a post though, because after listening to a few full songs by both, I'm REALLY liking "Something for All of Us." I think I might go pick it up later today!

I actually love Spirit If... It took longer to grow on me than most of rest of BSS' output though. Once I spent some time with it I found it stuck in my head for weeks.

Yeah Spirit If... took a while to grow on me too.

Im going to finally see them this summer. I'm a bit disappointed that on this tour there mainly just going to play Something For All of Us... and some Spirit If... I would have really liked to see them play more BSS. I also doubt they'll ever go on tour with the 15 man/woman lineup ever again. Confused
