Please forgive the rather formal introduction, I’ve been lurking in these waters for quite sometime now and its time to get my feet wet! I’m Nico, the new media guy for the Emerge team. I’ve been working hard with Boyd, Jason and the band on some internet stuff and its finally taking shape.
Unlike Boyd and Jason, I’m pretty new at this game, in fact I’m still in school studying Computer Science, Math and law but have business and college radio experience (if you live in the Ottawa area, I do a weekly indie show).…but as Jason likes to say, I “get the internet” so that’s where I’ll be helping out. I’m Canadian, but don’t hold that against me… just forgive my Canadian spelling. Razz

Enough about me, lets get on to the exciting stuff,

If you haven’t noticed already, most of the band is now on facebook, be sure to add them as they would love to hear from you (I even made Boyd get facebook!)

Chauntelle
Sherri
Stacy
Garron
Boyd

We’ve also got an Eisley facebook fanpage set up, make sure you join it as we’re going to be doing some pretty cool stuff with it in the next couple of weeks and we’ll be posting some exclusive things there.

Another great place to keep track of the band online is through
their LAST.FM profile. Last.fm is a great resource to explore your musical tree and discover all kinds of new music while keeping track of your favourite bands.

There’s so much exciting stuff going on, and I wish I could tell you all about it but we want to keep it a surprise (and who doesn’t like a surprise? Seriously) but let me just tell you how thrilled I am to be a part of this, and I look forward to getting to know everyone around here. If you have any tips/suggestions or just want to chat with me about Eisley stuff, feel free to drop me a line: you can pm here, email me nico@emergeam.com or add me on aim: emergenico

That’s all for now!

Hi! We're glad you are on board with Eisley. Looking forward to any and all good surprises.

p.s. since you are the internet guy, I'm pretty sure most of us here at laughing city would love an online merchandise store for eisley... Smile just a suggestion.

very thankful for Nico. we're trying to build a small army; be less dependent on what are known as labels. I met Nico in Quebec. He's very legit. we talk and chat a lot and will continue to do so moreso. thnx.

When you said you were Canadian, and then said "enough about me" I automatically read it as "enough aboot me" .... haha! One of my classmates is Canadian and I always give him a hard time for saying 'aboot'... and EH!! He says 'eh' ALL the time!!
