How many people have Eisley inspired (or Sherri art) tattoos? I just got "My heart smiles when you are near" around my ankle. If I can get some decent pictures, I'll post them. Feel free to post your own.

If I ever get a tattoo, it will be the weird drawing on the Combinations Album that Christie drew, probably on my leg.. Or arm...

i did it!!!! took 1 1/2 hours and i love it.
we had to change it up a bit to simplify it and all. which you have to do with almost every tattoo...
when i saw the picture that inspired this, all i could think of was my grandma. she's so cute and lovely just like the girl and my grandma's LIFE is gardening and making her home more beautiful so the neighbors can see.
she's not doing too well at the moment and age is catching up with her. she's a ripe 77 years old. so i got this for her. and for me. but mostly because i love her so much.
that's why i changed some of it. i put a watering can in her hand instead of a script and i added the little flower down below. it makes it more fitting. i still made certain that the tattoo artist kept with the sherri-esque style because i adore her art and she inspired this lovely tattoo that my grandma is going to freak out over. ha
here it is!

That's neat! What was the original?

Oh, never mind! I have to say it looked better as the drawing. But it's still neat.

I get why it had to be changed, the paper and the wind chime would have been hard. I hope you didn't think I said "never mind" to liking the tattoo. I meant "never mind, I found the original drawing you don't have to look for it anymore".

That's very cool. I like how it combines two of your loves, Eisley and your grandma. Smile
