In the "Marvelous Things" video, you play what looks to me like a '72 Thinline Telecaster. I know you may not know but I was just wondering...

Is it an original or a re-issue? and
Did you have it custom painted that blue color or did you pick it up that way? As far as I know that style only comes in 2 kinds of standard colors. If you did have it done custom, can you hook a girl up and let me know the exact color? Very Happy

Thanks so much and thanks for the amazing music.

-JeN

HI this is Sherri.

My telephone is straight from '72. All original (me and Nokia go way back). Back then, when I bought it, I had it custom painted so as to be different than everyone else in the 70's.

And you're welcome for liking my music....

Sherri bo berry

Jon is correct. Fender recently came out with a limited run of different finishes than the "standard" ones, including the blue that Sherri's is. They're great guitars... Smile

That's my old "decca" from 1967 - the same era as my shirt (L.J
Alleman, PE shirt that say's Boyd DuPree with my own handwriting). I just
painted the old axe blue (Testors model paint... batman blue).
