Ha, I agree that "following" sounds creepy. But Twitter is great ... and I'm glad Eisley is starting to tweet. I joined Twitter about two years ago... and now all of a sudden I'm hearing loads about it. I have two requests of people wanting to twit me... All it seems to be is the status thing from Facebook... no point, really. Real friends know where I'm at.  _________________ She is handsome, she is pretty, she is the girl from Belfast City, she is courtin' one two three, please won't you tell me who is she? the other day my friend made me one, because I've been so staunch in my refusals for so long.... I deleted it though. that's what happens when they tell me the passwords in hopes I'll actually go on, then forget it themselves. |

i just read that David Lynch has one. i think i will refuse to do this. facebook/myspace/xanga this is enough. what is the advantage of Twitter? why should i Twitter? your response must be limited to the Twitter character limit. _________________ I am Torgo. From events that happened today, I could have twittered the following: "i just dropped my tub of pens all over the floor... damnit..." "Currently loving the roibos tea, although cannot deny that he had a fair few cups of earl grey the day" "New York Dolls were ace" Sounds like fun! It serves exactly the same purpose as Facebook statuses. It's like a one-way conversation.
