Nobody knows the demographic of this forum...yet the forum might be a
perfect snapshot of Eisley's market; Then again, it could be skewed,
since certain ages are more prone to be on-line and members of on-line
communities. This isn't very scientific, but it's a start. I'm curious because
WB is curious and is asking questions. Can we help?

If the lurkers out there (which are at least double what our member-list
is) would sign up, even if they didn' post, and would answer this poll and
the other one about sex, we might could have a better feel about how to
reach the world out there.

I know I might have gotten carried away at the range of ages I included,
but we don't really know who's out there. We don't know who consider
themselves fans and are looking forward to purchasing Eisley's LP. WB
told me that soccer moms buy a huge percentage of music for their kids.
And that a huge percentage of records are purchased from Walmart
Kmart...like 1/4 of all records?... and if you add Best Buy, it's like 40%
or something crazy.

i'm willing to bet you'll get approximately the ages of the band. It seems to me that's what all the hardcore boardies are roughly aged. You got a lot of 15 year olds and college kids and chad...old man chad....

I accidentally clicked 16-17 when I meant to put 17-18. Whoops.

hmm...your market research might be innacurate. I'm 20 and I have three choices to choose from..everyone else has two. I dont know how much that actually effects it, but yeah - it might be more effective if there was an actual cut off for each choice

Geez Boyd, thanks for making me feel old. I'm only 25 and I'm older than 90% of the people on the board. Maybe I'm too old for Eisley. Geez, now I have to think about getting married and having kids. Maybe I'll go listen to the Stones and feel young again.
