I missed it. it was on late. I had church the next morning...but now I have TIVO muhahahaha _________________ "It's fun to be relegated, Everybody should try it." -Brandon Boyd "I'm mad ferit" - Noel & Liam Gallagher |

Subterranean is such a great show. And yeah, probably the best one on MTV2 or MTV. It's awesome that Eisley's on it. I'll look out for it. I try to watch it when it comes (like 11PM 12 eastern) _________________ "What's with these homies dissing my girl?" - Weezer "I think I know I mean a yes but it's all wrong, that is I think I disagree." - Beatles My Livejournal |

i hope they don't suck up and sell out and become a top 40 pop band. (that's a character issue... what do you guys think) Or maybe they should just stay small... underground; just popular enough to stress out small venue promoter - fearing Eisley can't sell out a 500 capacity club. And in a year, they'd be dropped and we could go back to normal life. The girls could get married and Weston might get into another band. We can hope that not very many people like the band... What's funny is - they're so oblivious to all of this. I tell them big news like, "your video is going to be in regular rotation on MTV" and they're like, oh, cool... weird. Most of this goes over their heads. Everything comes down to songs. Writing songs and playing live shows. _________________ EisleyWebGuy "The industrialists never saw the fruit of their own labor - Post Moderism, which I now proclaim as dead. I don't think anything clear channel, gaggles of fake fans and whoever else does can make Eisley sell out. In fact, 90 percent of "sell outs" aren't sell outs. It's the fans that change, really. If that makes any sense. I'm glad they're just thinking of the music. _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |

i got an email from a newbie who totally doesn't listen to this kind of music, but gave major 'grat's on the video which he described as wonderfully haunting and well done. Then he said, he' probably never be back just because, you know, whatever, he's into metal...which is ok. That's the reaction Eisley usually get's from hard core, punkers, metaloids, etc... they like it, but think they're not supposed to like it so they have a bunch of disclaimers. I think it's great. And sorta funny. bd _________________ EisleyWebGuy "The industrialists never saw the fruit of their own labor - Post Moderism, which I now proclaim as dead. That is cool. I like some rather loud and "heavy" music ... but I swing so far across the spectrum now I just say I listen to music in general. It's a good thing when you can make a metal guy say he likes something... not so metal. Same with the opposite. Breaking barriers rocks. _________________ My photography:www.jamiemphoto.com You can't spell awesome without emo...backwards! -Julie definingawesome (11:44:11 PM): Eisley shivers our timbers |
