Caught the show last night and it was pretty awesome! Christie's set was way too short and I told her so. Ives The Band were great as well. It was especially nice to see Eisley play without the technical issues present at the last show I saw (Baton Rouge). I have a few videos from the show that I'll be putting up tonight after work (working on four hours sleep, yay!). I uploaded "Brightly Wound" last night as I went to bed and this morning there's already a content match notice even though there's not a shred of any actual Warner-owned content in the video. I'm assuming it was an automatic thing based on the video title. I've already put in a dispute form. Anyway, here it is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3bLYQrOhdQM EDIT: The other songs I shot are I Wasn't Prepared, Sad, Kind, and Ambulance. No rhyme or reason, just those were the ones I lifted the camera (or iPhone) for. |

Yes, Chauntelle's hair was very different than usual. Not bad, just different. The setlist was very similar to the Tyler show, no real surprises, I might be able to reconstruct a song list at least, if not in order, if I sit and think about it a bit. They were very tight, not wasting much time onstage. Perhaps the best show I've seen them do (my fourth). Not bad for only the second night of the tour. |

Nice how we can recognize a song from two drumbeats, eh? I hit stop on the camera as the song started because I wasn't expecting them to go right into the next song. They did a lot of that last night, which is what I meant by them not wasting time onstage. And here's my photos from last night: http://www.facebook.com/album.php?aid=2069845&id=1200466362&l=07da49f5 6d |

Yeah, talkers drive me crazy. Even more so when they cop a spot 8 feet from the house P.A. and talk over the music. I've been to shows where I wanted to socialize but I always head to the back of the room instead of right in front of the band. Link to Kind: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yWlNX--oUII |

Here's the rest: My Lovely: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qyh00Te__4U I Wasn't Prepared & Sad: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZQIS_7IDj8k Ambulance: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZQIS_7IDj8k Is everyone getting these content ID warnings? I've gotten one for every one of these videos. Your video, EISLEY in New Orleans 10/10/10: I Wasn't Prepared & Sad, may have content that is owned or licensed by Warner Chappell. No action is required on your part; however, if you are interested in learning how this affects your video, please visit the Content ID Matches section of your account for more information. Sincerely, - The YouTube Team I disputed one of them and it looks like WB is identifying the actual song compositions in videos now and not just the recordings. Bastards. |

Except they own exactly nothing of that performance, so definitely dispute it. _________________ |

I know there are copyrights for the actual audio recording and then the song itself. P with a circle and C with a circle. Or is publishing rights more related to printing sheet music/lyrics? "ehhh...put it on the pizza." _________________ I am Torgo. I take care of the place while the Master is away. |

That's weird and sucks about the content ID warnings but since they haven't blocked the videos it might be ok? I have several non-Eisley and non-live videos where I get the "You have videos that may contain content that is owned by someone else.. No action is required on your part. Your video is still available worldwide. In some cases ads may appear next to your video" message. One of them is from WMG and I'm amazed they didn't just completely block it. The ones you have to worry about are the strikes without warning. I got one strike from a THX 1138 movie clip I posted that I didn't know was owned by WBE. _________________ we're really not alone, we have each other |
