Post subject: Symphony/Where Music Meets Film footage. Where'd they go?
Posted: Tue Jun 09, 2009 3:52 am Anyone know what happened or what's going to happen with the remaining footage from the Where Music Meets Film festival or the Symphony show? I'm kind of hoping they put them onto a dvd and release it with the new album and give us a nice litttle bundle to enjoy. _________________ cynlovescandy wrote: kulvir wrote: I bet R. The film fest thing was shown on tv, i saw it on fuse and Eisley played Many Funerals. Also boyd posted footage from the festival including go away and another song. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yZ9hWC2Mpxw http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I35gFldFhMM&feature=related The symphony show is still something i have yet to see and i think i heard mateo was putting a dvd of it out sometime but that may not have followed through. |

I'm talking about the remaining songs that were never put out. Boyd said they played more than just MF. And he said they were really awesome. Yeah. _________________ cynlovescandy wrote: kulvir wrote: I bet R. Kelly approves of peeing in the shower. The world is R. Kelly's shower. It's a golden world. Bumping the thread due to enquiring minds want to know! So Boyd, do you still have the b roll action from the Seattle show with the symphony? You mentioned it in Trolleywood a long time ago. Will there be youtube posts or a DVD? It seems Mateo dropped the ball on the A roll. Or maybe it got lost in the shuffle with WB? roll footage comes back from Mateo's people. Maybe we'll toss the entire show - including b roll footage on the new cd (extended play) or something. I see the show Mateo did with Heart has video. The show with Alice in Chains has video. So where is the show Eisley did? It's like it never happened. Eisley not even mentioned on Symphony Guild's youtube page. Just weird, that is all. I guess I'll send PM to Boyd and see what happens. |

i've been wondering about the symphony show and really really been wanting to see footage of it other than that...1 video? i love when bands have orchestras behind them (like serj tankian's elect the dead symphony) it's just a nice little thing..a treat really, and if we get to ever see it i will be sooo happy _________________ Saellys wrote: You misunderstood. Alright maybe we don't deserve one, but we want one anyway. _________________ http://www.twitter.com/drstrangeblog http://www.last.fm/user/getinline I can't find the time to write my mind the way I want it to read. |

i totally forgot about this. boyd may be more apt to click this thread if the subject was more descriptive. i've been thinking it's a thread asking where the band has gone on their 'hiatus' since the last album. _________________ I am Torgo. I take care of the place while the Master is away. |
