Boyd tweeted they were all excited and surprised by the selection. Parts of the over-analytical prose makes me Rolling Eyes a little but hey it's well-written and very complimentary. More good buzz. Eerie that StuartBuck recently commented in another thread that he thought Eisley should be featured over on the NPR site - maybe he sent a threatening letter or bought a tote bag? Wink

Yeah, when I saw this on Facebook, it was like the Bills going back in time and winning one of those 4 Superbowls, preferably the 1st against the Giants. Mr. Green

probably this one. e'erybody knows NPR needs the money now that their funding is (likely? i forget if it's actually happened yet) being cut.

I guess it was just the sheer power and forcefulness of what I said in that comment. I mean, once I had made the case here on the Eisley message boards (I forget where? Anyone have a link?), NPR simply couldn't do anything else. The public outcry would have been too great.

Here's that thread, pivotal edict at the bottom. Clearly NPR had no other choice!

Congratulations

This is so cool, but I wish there was a play count on the player.

I'd love to know how many times people have taken this tune for a spin since NPR put it up.
