I guess amidst the tour hype it sort of slipped through the cracks around here as I as I don't remember a thread talking about this http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_RiZU4UERVc&feature=player_embedded which is streaming at her myspace.

It's a pretty somber vibe musically, but well done. She mentions that she'll be recording soon, and how to get a cdr of her current demos.

Very nice....
sounds a bit cocteau twins reminiscent to me. And no I hadn't heard it, but I don't follow on twitter or facebook, so I wouldn't have...

Not crazy about the heavy reliance on multitracked vocals- always sounds a bit weird - especially for a solo artist... in this case, given that she has such a great natural voice, I think it takes away a bit rather than adds.. I think I'd like it better if she had sung it straight.... she has more than enough lungs to get the requisite amplitude on the multi-tracked bits without the effects.

But a very nice song.

No I did know about it, heard it when it came out. I like the multi-tracked harmonies in her songs. The background vocal parts sound especially good in my favorite Blackout.

Blackout is one of my favorites by her. Treehouse is my favorite I think. Absolutely love it.

I think there was a thread about this video back around that time. I'm not sure though.

Has anyone got one?

I'm wondering what the package is like.
